Below are the key requirements and common questions for foreign applicants registering a trademark in Malaysia.

1. Can Foreign Applicants Register a Trademark in Malaysia?
   Yes. Foreign individuals and companies can apply. However, if the applicant does not have a local address in Malaysia, a registered Malaysian trademark agent must be appointed via Form TMR7.

6. Publication (2-month opposition period)
7. Registration and certificate issuance (TMJ4)
