**You need to apply WRT as described in the ELR-WRT. Therefore your Capital will be suggested as 1 Million RM.

**Foreigner can register company for 100% of ownership
Minimum Requirements:
1. Must have at least 2 directors (at least one is a resident director)
2. Must have at least 2 incorporate shareholders. After being set up, any shareholder can be transferred to others immediately.
3. Minimum paid-up capital of RM 1 (but this company is not entitled for work permit application)
3.1 If a company needs director visa/work permit must have paid-up capital of RM 500,000-RM 1 million
4. Needs to have a registered office
